How to use:

Take a small quantity of Ardo Natal Anti-Stretch and massage it into the affected skin area with even circular motions. Can be used 2-3 times a day as required.

Ardo Natal Anti-Stretch can be used from the early stages of pregnancy (from 3 months) through to around 6 weeks after the birth - use daily if possible.
